2. Service Description
Pentest Mindmap is a web application offering an interactive mindmap of pentesting commands, including:
Over 11,600 command cards organized in 32 categories
Instant search and interactive navigation
One-click copyable cards
Regular updates
3. Registration and Account
Registration requires a valid email address and password
Email verification is mandatory to access the service
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
An account is personal and cannot be shared
4. Pricing and Subscription
Free trial: 7 days, one per email address
Monthly plan: €7/month
Annual plan: €49/year (≈ €4/month)
Payment is processed securely by Stripe (PCI DSS)
Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
5. Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "My Account" page
Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period
During the free trial: cancellation at no charge, no billing
No refund after billing, except in exceptional cases
6. Acceptable Use
The service is intended for professional and educational use. You agree to:
Use commands only within a legal and authorized framework
Not redistribute the service content
Not bypass security or access mechanisms
Not use bots or automation to mass-extract content
7. Intellectual Property
The content of Pentest Mindmap (organization, descriptions, interface) is protected by copyright. Referenced commands are the property of their respective authors.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of completeness or accuracy
We are not responsible for malicious use of referenced commands
We do not guarantee 100% availability of the service
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, especially in cases of fraudulent or abusive use.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts have jurisdiction.
